Monday evening

A slight change of plan meant that we didn’t get away this morning, or take Kt to university, but all being well, we should be doing that tomorrow!

Meanwhile, I am delighted to see that another former Broadband Campaigner, Gillian, posted a comment today – thank you Gillian!

Onwards and upwards!

Glad to participate – would hate for you and Richard to have all the fun!!

Update on pimms recipe, add a shot of barcardi to take away the sweetness (one measure to a pitcher of pimms!)

although, now the weather is drawing in – we’ll have to start on the hot toddy’s!!

Hi Gillian…….what is this barcardi of which you speak? Is it some corruption of Rum?
Anyway we should be encouraging Peter to have healthy drinks………oh heck Pimm’s has fruit in it so that will do and I will keep the F30 to myself.

I think that Peter was wrong and that there is a large landlady waiting for them, hence the delay………courage mon brave.

    Healthy drinks???

…and you’re recommending Courage served swiftly by landladies, though I believe Bournemouth was the destination, not Scotland or Newcastle

Worshipful Company of Cooks Centre for Culinry Research, Bournemouth University.

Could this be Peter’s destination? Too many may spoil the soup. But how wonderful to have a trained chef in the family. Just more excuses to party.

Good luck Peter and we’re having fun whilst you are away 🙂

    Richard

    This is really me

Marvellous!! A chef in the family – just the thing for the little snacks to accompany the healthy drinks

Hope you’re having a good rest Peter, come and join the party on your return!

Let’s not get too enthused it may be a food scientist and they get very sniffy about being regarded as cooks………Still Pimm’s……..a pint of heavy…….snacks things are looking more like The Resort. Just hope Peter dosn’t mind, but whilst the cat’s away (see Peter you always thought you were a cool cat 😉 )
