Thursday… Change of plan!

Yesterday afternoon I had a ‘phone call from Margaret, the PET scan centre manager at St Thomas’s! It appears that Dr Kazmi is keen to get the PET scan a bit earlier than we had thought, and it just so happens that there is a slot free at 2:15 this afternoon – which I have accepted! This will be scan number 20 – I’ll be able to apply for my “Frequent PET scan Flyer” card soon!
The train situation doesn’t seem quite as dire either – I have found an alternative route to London that doesn’t involve Basingstoke and only takes 20 minutes longer (but will probably be packed!) Still – as always – Onwards and Upwards!
